67 year old who was about to undergo bilateral mastectomies for breast cancer. She underwent inmediate breast reconstruction with two TRAM flaps harvested and set in place at the same time as the mastectomies. Photo is before and 6 months after. She was happy with the results and did not want the usually done second stage to further give shape and lift the breast.

Inmediate reconstruction in two stages for a 35 year old with left breast cancer. During the first stage the TRAM flap was brought up from the abdomen. In the second stage, after she finished chemotherapy, the nipple and areola were reconstrcuted and bilateral smal silicone implants were added for further volume. Photos are before and 7 months after final stage.

Reconstructed with bilateral free TRAM flaps done in two stages; First the flaps were brought up from the abdomen and three months later the extra skin and volume was reduced for symmetry and shape. 52 year old with prior left mastectomy who underwent right mastectomy and inmediate bilateral TRAM reconstructions. In a second stage she requested reconstruction of the nipple only, she was not interested in areola reconstruction.
